Initial results of the planning process was shared with the full Council. The following targets were also announced:
a) Powerpoint presentation in an online audio-visual format
b) January 2009 WDC special meeting. This will be half-day to full-day "retreat-type" planning meeting.

Planning Committee approved the presentation material for November 13 2008 WDC Meeting. List of recommendations were presented and reviewed briefly.
